Bernard T. Kennedy III

Attorney Kennedy is a graduate of Eastern Connecticut State University and Roger Williams University School of Law. As a law school student, he received the CALI award, which is also known as The CALI Excellence for the Future Award, given to the highest scoring student in each law school class.

His experience has taken him into many and various legal sectors. He has previously served as an assistant in a Congressional District Office, was a law clerk for both the Hartford and Waterbury Superior Courts, was employed as a paralegal in a consumer protection firm as well as an assistant hearing office for Rhode Island’s Department of Administration, Labor and Relations Unit, and also represented Veterans in their appeals to the United States Court of Appeals.

Attorney Kennedy is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and an Adjunct Professor at Goodwin University, where he teaches Business Law for the Entrepreneurial Network Program.

Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, listening to music and reading. He is dedicated to assisting his clients with commitment and compassion
